Only a PSA 10 beats selling raw.
Grading breaks even at that price with your 30% PSA 10 chance. Raw sells for $5.68.
Grading still beats selling raw at your odds while all grading costs stay under this.
If PSA 10s fall 38% from $351, grading stops paying at your 30% odds.

A PSA 10 sells for 4.1× a CGC 10 of this card. PSA has the most sales, 7. The verdict uses PSA.
After each grader’s base fee for that value, shipping and selling fees, a 10 nets $234 from PSA, $43.77 from CGC. Turnaround and resale demand differ too; check the grader board on Grading costs.
Crack it and send the raw card again, or sell the 9 as it is. A miss pays a second grading fee and usually comes back a 9 again.
Cracking pays if that chance is at least 25%. At 15%: −$28 versus selling the 9 for a net $25.62.
A card that graded 9 once is less likely to get a 10 than a fresh copy, so set this lower than you would for one. Cracking a slab can also damage the card.
