By accessing or using CardIntel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.CardIntel is operated by CardIntel Data Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

CardIntel provides market data, pricing analytics, and portfolio management tools for trading cards, with public market coverage currently focused on Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. Our services include price guides, market index tracking, deal finding tools, set expected value calculators, grading ROI estimators, and personal collection management features.

3. Not Financial Advice

The data, analytics, scores, and insights provided by CardIntel are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading cards are speculative assets, and their values can fluctuate significantly. You should not rely solely on our data when making purchasing decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, prices shown on CardIntel may come from scheduled reference snapshots, historical layers, completed-sale evidence, or other third-party sources (including TCGPlayer and Cardmarket). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. Actual transaction prices may differ from the values displayed on the Service. 5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access personalized features such as portfolio tracking, watchlists, and collection management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in an excessive manner
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, analytics models, and proprietary methodologies, is owned by CardIntel Data Systems. Pokémon and related trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and affiliated entities. Card images are used under fair use for reference purposes.CardIntel is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card manufacturer, grading service, or marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardIntel Data Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
